1. Scope and availability
This policy covers Horoscope Hub's social publishing application and workspace, including HoroscopeHub Social Posting and our self-hosted Postiz workspace at https://postiz.koliesnikov.com. Our public website is https://horoscopehub.online; its separate Privacy Policy covers website use.
The workspace currently serves our own brand accounts. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Threads connections have been configured. Pinterest and TikTok integrations are in preparation; this policy does not mean they have been approved or are available for public use.
We also plan to support accounts that clients explicitly authorize us to manage. A client account is processed under this policy only after the relevant service is offered and the account holder grants access. No visitor's account is connected merely by visiting our website.
2. Information accessed, used, and stored
Depending on the feature and permissions granted, we process:
- Workspace identity: name, email address, login identifier, organization membership, and session information needed for the publishing workspace. Google sign-in can provide the authorized name, email, and profile information; it is separate from permission to publish to YouTube.
- Account connections: platform user or channel identifiers, profile names, authorized pages, boards or channels, granted permissions, and access or refresh tokens. We do not ask for social-account passwords.
- Publishing content: uploaded images and videos, titles, descriptions, captions, links, selected destinations, schedules, and other settings the account operator supplies or approves.
- Publishing and reporting information: publication status, post identifiers, errors, and account or content performance information when the relevant authorized reporting feature is used. Storage is subject to each platform's restrictions.
- Support and operational information: messages to support, request timestamps, connection and technical records needed to operate and protect the workspace.
The platform authorization screen identifies the permissions requested for a connection. You can decline access; the affected feature will then be unavailable.
3. Purposes and publishing instructions
We process information to authenticate workspace users, connect authorized accounts, prepare and carry out approved publications, show available results, provide authorized account reporting, troubleshoot errors, and handle privacy requests.
An account operator chooses or approves the content and destination. Scheduled publication follows those instructions. Connecting an account does not authorize unrelated publication or the use of its data for unrelated purposes. Private birth details and personal reports are not automatically included in social posts.
Published content may be public according to the platform and account settings and may be copied by other people. The selected platform processes that content under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Platform-specific information
Pinterest. This integration is being prepared. Pinterest API information is used only for the authorized service. We do not sell or share it with third parties, combine unrelated account data, or use Pinterest materials to train AI models. Information is retrieved when needed rather than stored, except for expressly permitted campaign analytics. Authorization credentials are protected separately. Each Pin must be selected or approved by the account operator, including when scheduled. See Pinterest's Privacy Policy.
Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. Connections can process authorized account, page or profile identifiers, publishing content, publication results, and permitted reporting information to support the enabled account functions. Access is limited by the permissions granted. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
Google and YouTube. Our YouTube connection uses YouTube API Services for authorized channel and publishing functions. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use that data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Access is restricted to the requested functions and permitted operational, security, and legal purposes. See Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube's Terms of Service. You can revoke access in Google account permissions.
X. The connection processes authorized account identifiers, approved publishing content, and permitted publication results and reporting information. See X's Privacy Policy.
TikTok. This integration is being prepared. When available and authorized, it may process account identifiers, profile information, selected videos and their descriptions, and upload or publication status for the enabled posting mode. A mode that sends drafts requires completion in TikTok. See TikTok's Privacy Policy.
An authorization for one platform does not authorize another. New features requiring additional data or permissions will be disclosed before activation.
5. Storage, providers, and sharing
We operate Postiz on our own VPS infrastructure through Hostinger, with Easypanel used for administration. Workspace records, authorized connections, and uploaded publishing materials are processed in the services we operate. Self-hosting Postiz does not mean every social-platform operation occurs on our server: authorized API requests and selected content are sent to the corresponding platform.
Authorized operators and technical providers may access information only as necessary for the relevant function and subject to platform restrictions. We may also disclose information where legally required. We do not sell connected-account information or use it to build unrelated advertising audiences. Pinterest's stricter sharing limits are not overridden by this general provider clause.
The service is managed from Canada; infrastructure and social platforms may process data in other countries. We use HTTPS for the workspace, server-side connection credentials, and authenticated administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention and deletion
User-supplied uploads, schedules, and publishing history are retained while needed for the publishing service or an ongoing request. Connection credentials are used while authorization remains active. After disconnection, we stop using that authorization and remove credentials that are no longer needed. Other operational records are retained only for relevant security, support, or legal purposes.
Platform-specific restrictions override general retention criteria. Pinterest handling is described above. YouTube API data that requires refresh or deletion is refreshed or deleted within 30 days; authorized analytics are subject to the required periodic authorization checks. Requests to delete stored YouTube user data, and revocations submitted to us, are handled as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Revocation through Google settings is also honored under YouTube's applicable deletion deadlines.
Email info@horoscopehub.online or follow our Data Deletion Instructions. A request may cover a single connection, selected content, or the associated workspace information. We verify identity where necessary and explain any lawful retention exception. Platform deletion obligations also apply to relevant backup copies.
Revoking access does not automatically remove posts already published on a platform. Deleting information from Horoscope Hub does not delete your social account or data independently held by the platform.
7. Your choices, children, and updates
You can remove the connection in the workspace where that control is available, revoke access in the platform's app or integration settings, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. Revocation stops future use of that permission; a deletion request addresses information already held.
The publishing workspace is intended for adults and authorized business users, not children. Contact us if a child's information was supplied improperly.
