Request deletion
Email info@horoscopehub.online with the subject Horoscope Hub — Data Deletion Request. Include:
- The email address or workspace identifier you used with Horoscope Hub.
- For a social connection, the platform name and account handle or channel identifier.
- Whether your request concerns a particular connection, selected materials, or all personal information associated with your workspace.
Please do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or unnecessary birth information. We may request limited verification to prevent someone else from deleting your information.
What we do
We identify the relevant information and handle deletion of the connection credentials, uploaded materials, stored platform data, and associated personal records covered by your request, as applicable. We stop using the affected authorization and address relevant copies in the systems and processing providers we control.
We respond within applicable legal deadlines and comply with shorter platform deadlines. Requests to delete stored YouTube user data are handled as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. If a specific legal obligation requires us to retain a record, we explain the relevant reason. Restricted backups are addressed through deletion or expiry, subject to applicable platform requirements, and deleted information is not restored to ordinary use.
Revoke access
Remove Horoscope Hub's or the relevant publishing app's access in the social platform's app or integration settings. For Google and YouTube, use Google account permissions. You can also remove a connection through the workspace where that option is available.
Revoking access and requesting deletion are separate actions. Email us if you want information previously held by Horoscope Hub deleted as well. We honor platform revocation and deletion requirements even if you do not send a separate email.
What deletion does not do
Deleting information held by Horoscope Hub does not delete your Pinterest, YouTube, or other social account. It does not automatically remove posts already published on those platforms. Manage those posts using the platform's controls. Copies held independently by platforms or other people are governed by their own practices.
