1. Scope and current services
This policy covers https://horoscopehub.online and communications with Horoscope Hub. Our App Privacy Policy explains the separate processing involved in our social publishing workspace, including connected accounts.
The current public website provides zodiac information, articles, horoscopes, and links to our social profiles. It does not currently offer public account registration, checkout, or a form for submitting birth details. If we introduce personalized reports, payments, or customer accounts, we will provide the relevant privacy information before collecting information for those features.
2. Information we collect
Website requests. Our hosting infrastructure processes the information needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information, and technical or error records.
Messages you send us. When you email us or contact an official social profile, we receive your contact details, your message, and any information you choose to provide. A social platform may also show your profile name and account identifier. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or private birth details in public comments.
Connected social accounts. The information processed when an account is authorized for our publishing workspace is described in the App Privacy Policy. Reading this website does not connect your social account or grant us permission to publish for you.
3. Why we use information
We use relevant information to deliver website pages, maintain availability and security, diagnose problems, answer questions, correct content, and handle privacy requests. We also process information when necessary to meet applicable legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
We do not sell personal information or use information submitted in privacy requests for advertising. We do not automatically subscribe people who contact us to a marketing list.
Where consent is required, we request it for the relevant purpose. Depending on the applicable law, processing may also be permitted to provide a requested service, comply with an obligation, or protect the service against misuse. We do not treat reading this policy as blanket consent to unrelated processing.
4. Cookies and external links
The current public website does not include optional advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts in its application code. Our social links take you to third-party websites; they do not automatically authorize our app to access your account. Those websites may use their own cookies and process information under their own policies.
Our separate authenticated publishing workspace uses session or similar technologies to support sign-in and account functions. If we introduce optional tracking on the public website, we will update this notice and provide choices where required before activating it.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Our website and publishing infrastructure are self-hosted on a VPS operated through Hostinger, with Easypanel used for server administration. Hosting, communications, and technical service providers process information as necessary to deliver their services. If you contact us through a social platform, that platform also handles the communication under its own policy.
We may disclose information with your direction, when required by law, or where legally permitted and necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Access is limited to people and providers who need information for the relevant purpose. The App Privacy Policy explains the additional restrictions for social-platform data.
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here. Relevant criteria include whether a conversation or request is still open, operational and security needs, and applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details.
A deletion request may be subject to a specific legal retention requirement. We will explain any applicable limitation. Technical backup copies are restricted from routine use and addressed through backup expiry or deletion procedures. We do not treat a backup as permission to restore deleted information to ordinary use. Platform-specific deletion requirements take priority for platform data.
7. Security and international processing
We use HTTPS for the public website and restrict administrative access to the services we operate. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
The service is managed from Canada. Hosting and communications providers and social platforms may process information in other countries under their applicable laws. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your request. Where a legal transfer safeguard is required, it must apply to the relevant transfer.
8. Your choices and rights
Email info@horoscopehub.online to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by Horoscope Hub, or to withdraw consent. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, and complaint to the relevant privacy authority, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where applicable.
We may request limited information to verify your identity and authority. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation. Do not send passwords or access tokens. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the request procedure.
9. Children
Our social publishing workspace is intended for adults and authorized business users. We do not seek personal information from children through the public website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
10. Changes and contact
We will publish updates on this page and revise the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before applying the change to the relevant processing.
