1. Services covered
These terms describe use of horoscopehub.online and the authorized Horoscope Hub social publishing workspace, also called HoroscopeHub Social Posting or Horoscope Hub Postiz, at postiz.koliesnikov.com. Please read them before using these services. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
The public website provides zodiac-inspired articles and horoscope content. The publishing workspace currently serves our own brand accounts and authorized operators. It is not currently an open service for visitors to connect their social accounts. Pinterest and TikTok integrations are being prepared; mentioning them does not mean that access or approval has been obtained. Future client services, accounts or purchases will have their applicable terms presented before activation.
2. Entertainment and editorial limitations
Horoscope Hub content is for entertainment and self-reflection. It does not guarantee future events and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for decisions that require qualified professional advice.
We use AI assistance in preparing text, visuals and narration. Both human-prepared and AI-assisted material may contain errors. We welcome corrections at our contact email. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on general content.
3. Authorized workspace use
Workspace access is limited to adults authorized to act for the connected accounts. Keep access credentials confidential, use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and do not attempt to access another person's workspace or information.
Connecting an account through its platform authorization screen enables only the permissions granted there. The operator must choose or approve the content, destination and scheduling settings. Only submit material you have the necessary rights and permissions to use. You authorize us to store, process and transmit that material as needed to carry out your publishing instructions.
A scheduled post may become public automatically at the selected time where the platform supports it. A draft-upload mode requires completion in the destination platform. You can cancel pending posts or disconnect an account using the available controls; if you need help, contact us. Revoking access does not remove posts already published, and deleting a workspace does not delete the underlying social account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the services to distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, spam, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls or violate the connected platform's rules. We may restrict workspace access or stop a pending publication where necessary to address unauthorized use, security problems or platform requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us about it.
5. Content and intellectual property
Rights in our original site materials remain with their respective rights holders. You may access our public pages and share links to them. These terms do not grant a general license to republish, sell or use our branding commercially. Contact us for permission where it is required. Statutory exceptions and any separately stated licenses remain available.
You retain any rights you hold in materials supplied to the workspace. Our permission to process those materials is limited to providing the requested publishing service, operating and protecting it, and meeting applicable obligations. Third-party assets and social-platform materials remain subject to their own rights and licenses.
6. Privacy and third-party platforms
Our Website Privacy Policy, App Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions explain relevant data handling and contact options. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information in publishing content or support messages.
Social platforms, hosting and linked third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Platform permissions, API availability, review decisions, publication rules and account limits may change. We do not guarantee that a platform will accept a post, retain a connection, approve an application or monetize content. Users of the YouTube integration must also comply with YouTube's Terms of Service.
7. Availability and mandatory rights
We aim to keep the services usable and the information accurate, but interruptions, errors and delayed or unsuccessful publications can occur. Check the publication result before retrying a post. We may maintain, update or discontinue features and will provide notice when appropriate.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits responsibility where applicable law does not allow it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes and questions
We publish revisions on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be brought to affected workspace users' attention where required, and additional consent will be obtained where necessary. Changes are not intended to remove rights that accrued before they took effect.
